Pascale has a scientific background. Initially earning a Masters degree in Marine Biology, she later pursued a second Masters in International Business and obtained additional certification as a Management Accountant. With decades of experience in corporate organisation such as Unilever and Pfizer, Pascale transitioned to entrepreneurship within the design industry.

Combining her business expertise, economic understanding, and strong environmental awareness, she co-founded ClimateClue with Cecile and now is fully trained as a professional facilitator for Climate Fresk, 2Tonnes and Textiles Untangled

Drawing upon a strong academic foundation in biology and biochemistry (MSc and PhD) and research experience at the Institut Curie and Imperial College, Cecile's career has revolved around scientific communication. Whether as a journalist, author or teacher, Cecile has always succeeded to convey complex scientific concepts in accessible and engaging ways.

The transition to a professional facilitator for Climate Fresk, 2tonnes, Biodiversity collage and Circular Economy collage was a natural progression, driven by her belief that knowledge is the key to engaging all people.
